Joe Francis Arrested. Girls Gone Wild’ creator Joe Francis is facing some more legal troubles as he was arrested last night in Los Angeles for a number of charges.Francis reportedly surrendered after he was wanted for three misdemeanor counts of false imprisonment and one count of dissuading the witness from making a report, states TMZ. There were reportedly three girls who claim they met Francis at a nightclub when he offered them a ride to their car.

When they got in his limo for the quick ride, they were then allegedly taken to his mansion despite telling him they didn’t want to go.

One of the women also reportedly claims that he pushed her to the ground during an altercation at his home, but he denies touching any of them.

Francis has since been released on $50,000 bail.
